Estimates generated online or in person are for informational purposes and are subject to a physical inspection of the roof, verification of measurements, and current material availability. Final pricing and scope are set in the signed contract we provide before work begins. Promotions, discounts, and financing offers are subject to change and to the terms of the specific offer.

The iSmart AI tool provides preliminary satellite-based measurements and price ranges for the address you enter. Outputs are estimates only and may vary from a professional field measurement. iSmart Roofing is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated outputs; please schedule a free in-person inspection before authorizing any work.

By voluntarily opting in to SMS communications from iSmart Roofing, you agree to receive text messages regarding roofing inquiries, estimates, appointments, appointment reminders, project updates, customer service communications, and, where separately consented to, promotional or marketing communications.

Consent is collected through two separate, optional checkboxes that are never pre-checked: one for service and transactional texts (inquiries, estimates, appointments, project updates, customer service) and a separate one for marketing and promotional texts. Agreeing to service texts does not enroll you in marketing texts, and neither is required to submit a form or make a purchase.

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with iSmart Roofing

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and the iSmart Roofing and iSmart AI names — is owned by iSmart Roofing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

The Site may link to third-party websites (financing partners, manufacturers, review platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those sites. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.

Roofing workmanship and manufacturer warranties are described in your signed project contract and in the product warranty documents provided by the manufacturer (such as GAF or Owens Corning). Except as expressly stated in those documents, the Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iSmart Roofing and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the iSmart AI tool. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under Texas consumer protection laws or under a signed project contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
